Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the iRoamer Windows agent, the iRoamer web app, and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

iRoamer is intended for authorized developer testing, QA, privacy testing, and personal device workflows. You are responsible for how you use simulated location on your own device.

1. Acceptable use

iRoamer is provided for authorized testing, development, QA, privacy testing, and personal device workflows on devices you own or are permitted to control. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party app or service you use iRoamer with.

You agree not to use iRoamer to deceive, defraud, evade location-based safety or legal requirements, or to violate the rights or terms of any third party. Some apps may reject Apple developer-simulated locations or prohibit their use outside authorized testing.

2. Requirements

The Service depends on a supported Windows PC, Apple device drivers, a USB connection, an iPhone with Developer Mode enabled, internet connectivity, and third-party services. iRoamer requires internet verification to start location simulation; if the connection drops during a session, it automatically clears the simulated location and disconnects.

3. Free tier and ads

iRoamer is free to use on an ad-supported or sponsor-supported basis. Ads may appear on the website or free app experience if approved and enabled. Disabling consent, ads, or sponsor mechanisms may limit free-tier functionality. Pro removes ads from the iRoamer app experience.

4. Pro subscriptions and licensing

Pro may be offered as a subscription or paid license, including plans such as CHF 4.90/month or CHF 39.90/year where available. Pro licenses are device-bound: a license key may be activated only up to the activation limit configured with our merchant of record. Billing, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the merchant of record, such as Lemon Squeezy, in accordance with its policies and applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Updates

The Service may check for and install updates to keep it secure and compatible. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Service.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data is processed by the website, web app, local Windows agent, licensing, maps, analytics, ads, affiliate links, and update services.

7. Intellectual property

iRoamer and its branding are owned by us. iRoamer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "iPhone" and "Apple" are trademarks of Apple Inc.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Its availability depends on Apple device support, Windows drivers, internet connectivity, and third-party services, none of which we guarantee.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including any consequences of simulating device location.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellations are handled through the merchant of record.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by updating the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you additional rights in your country of residence.
